I was diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder type 1, Generalized Anxiety, and PTSD when I was pregnant with my daughter in December 2016 and ADHD in August 2020. Ever since then, I have obsessed about learning as much as I can about myself and whats to come. It's already a difficult life to begin with, adding on something you didn't ask for makes it worse and some people do not have any compassion. This blog is to help you find those people in the world like you. Living day to day with their struggles, like you. You are not alone and not everyone frowns upon anything mental health related. I feel as though, there is never TOO much information, especially when you are learning about yourself. So I hope that my blog can help you find some comfort and knowledge that you are not alone.
